  • Customer satisfaction is our top priority.

  • If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or expired product, you can request a replacement or refund within 48 hours of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must provide order details and proof (photo/video) of the issue.

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products (fresh fruits, honey, and sweets), returns are not accepted once the product has been opened or consumed.

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 working days via your original payment method.
